Minor League Baseball's youngest general manager at the age of 26. During a 20-year Minor
League Baseball career Skip served as President & General Manager for five different Minor
League franchises, two of which were recognized as "Organization of the Year" by "The
Sporting News" in 1987 (the Greensboro Hornets of the South Atlantic League) & "Baseball
America" in 1998 (the Hudson Valley Renegades).
On three occasions Skip's leadership turned struggling franchises into profitable organizations
and community leaders. Along the way he developed other organzational leaders who today

Dr. John Schinnerer is President and Founder of Guide To
Self, a company that focuses on what makes people successful in life. Dr. Schinnerer coaches
executives, individuals and groups to their potential using the latest in scientifically proven
interventions. Most recently, Dr. John Schinnerer hosted over 200 episodes of Guide To Self
Radio, a prime time radio show on positive psychology and emotional management, in the
San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated summa cum laude from U.C. Berkeley with a Ph.D. in
